About Us

In the spring of 2004, the surgeons from Associated Surgeons, Spokane Surgical Group, Inc. and independents Dr. Steven Beyersdorf and Dr. Rana Ahmad joined together to form Surgical Specialists of Spokane, PS. We will be able to treat you or your loved one based on their individual need and your treatment will come from one of our surgeons that specialize in your areas of treatment. Many of our surgeons have obtained special training and have an acute interest in your specific disease. Together, we have over 250 years of surgical training and expertise. Most of that time has been spent serving the needs of the Spokane Community and the Inland Northwest.

Our surgeons practice at all four area hospitals and we have offices on or near each hospital campus. We will schedule your visit within 48 hours if your physicians feel there is a need. The physicians and staff at Surgical Specialists of Spokane are dedicated to providing you the highest quality of treatment and care. While our group name might be new, our reputation is not.

Our staff is seasoned, long-term professionals, many with advanced training and certification in medical office management and care.
